Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 May 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Myvo (“we”, “us”)—the Myvo mobile application, related websites or features, and our backend services (together, the “Services”). Sections 1–15 align by topic with our Privacy Policy on the same subjects (who we are, data, AI, maps, sign-in, processors, transfers, retention, security, rights, cookies, updates). Sections 16–19 add contractual terms (including transitional alignment between documents, subscriptions, intellectual property, and dispute framework). Where both documents address the same topic, they should be read together. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Myvo provides AI-assisted travel planning, trips, groups, documents, and related features delivered through our apps and APIs.

For questions about these Terms: hello@myvoapp.com

2. Scope & age

Myvo is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly offer the Services to minors. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or older—consistent with the age confirmation you provide in the App and our Privacy Policy.

3. Information you provide & content you create

This section is the contractual counterpart to “Information we collect” in the Privacy Policy. You agree that, when you use the Services, we may process the types of data described there—including account and profile data, trip and planning content, files you upload, location when enabled, push tokens, subscription entitlement signals from platform stores, AI inputs, technical and log data, and support messages—to operate the features you choose to use.

4. How we may use the Services on your behalf

Aligned with “How we use information” in the Privacy Policy, you instruct us to use personal and technical data as reasonably necessary to: provide cloud sync, itineraries, collaborative trip and group features, and account management; send transactional or service communications; deliver push notifications where enabled; operate and secure our infrastructure; validate subscriptions; generate suggestions and itineraries using automated systems; and enforce these Terms and applicable law.

5. AI & automated processing

As described in our Privacy Policy, the App uses Google Gemini and related services for recommendations and itinerary generation. Inputs you submit (preferences, destinations, prompts, etc.) may be transmitted to Google or other providers for processing. Their terms and privacy practices apply. AI output is informational only, not professional advice.

6. Maps, places search & other Google APIs

The App may call Google services (e.g. Places, Maps-related APIs) when you search for places, photos, or hours—subject to your permissions and our Privacy Policy.

7. Sign-in & accounts

We offer authentication (e.g. email and password; third-party identity providers where enabled, such as Google or Apple). Platform providers’ authentication rules apply. Purchases through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple; we receive entitlement or subscription status as permitted by Apple to unlock paid features (see §17).

8. Third-party services & processors

We rely on subprocessors and integrations listed in our Privacy Policy, including for example Supabase (database), Fly.io (hosting), Mailjet (email), Google (AI and Maps-related APIs), and Apple (IAP). We do not sell your personal information. Processors act on our instructions to provide the Services.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in the EU/EEA and elsewhere as described in our Privacy Policy and consistent with applicable transfer mechanisms where required.

10. Legal bases (EEA / UK)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the bases described in our Privacy Policy—typically contract (to provide the Services), consent where required, legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improvement), and legal obligation where applicable.

11. Retention & account deletion

12. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures as summarized in our Privacy Policy (e.g. encryption in transit, access controls).

13. Privacy rights & complaints

Your statutory privacy rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc., where applicable) are described in our Privacy Policy. Contact hello@myvoapp.com to exercise them. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority (e.g. AEPD in Spain where applicable).

14. Cookies & similar technologies (web)

Our websites or embedded web views may use cookies or similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy for reliability, security, and basic analytics.

15. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” line will change. Material updates may require additional notice under law or app store rules. Continued use after notice where permitted may constitute acceptance.

16. Relation to the Privacy Policy (transitional)

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are designed to be read together. The hosted English versions at this API/website URL are maintained as reference. If shorter or localized text inside the app, TestFlight, or App Store metadata differs, the hosted Terms and Privacy Policy control as to substance unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise. We will not reduce your statutory privacy rights by these Terms.

17. Subscriptions & App Store purchases

Paid features may be offered via in-app purchase processed by Apple. Payment, refunds, and billing disputes for digital goods generally follow Apple’s terms and policies. We receive subscription entitlement information to provide paid functionality. Pricing and plans may change with reasonable notice where required. If you cancel, features may revert according to the product rules at that time.

18. Intellectual property & license

Myvo and its branding, software, and content we create are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a license to host, process, display, and sublicense to processors only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

19. Liability; law & disputes

The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim indirect and consequential damages where allowed. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you live. If a provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
